If Repair & Assure determines that your appliance cannot reasonably be repaired, we may provide a replacement appliance of the same or similar specification in accordance with your Service Plan Terms and Conditions, helping you get back up and running as quickly as possible.

It’s possible, especially for minor issues. We recommend contacting us before attempting any repairs on your own. However, routine maintenance like cleaning filters, drawers, and seals can often be handled by you.

Only engineers authorized by Repair & Assure are permitted to repair appliances covered under our plan. This ensures you receive the highest quality service.

Your Service Plan provides access to Repair & Assure for assistance with mechanical and electrical breakdowns. We'll assess each request individually and, where appropriate under the Service Plan, arrange the most suitable service response. This may include telephone support, an engineer visit, repairs or, where Repair & Assure determines it is appropriate, a replacement appliance of the same or similar specification. If you pay by Direct Debit, we'll send you a renewal notice at least 14 days before your renewal date. Subject to the renewal notice and your Service Plan Terms and Conditions, your Service Plan will then renew automatically unless you choose to cancel.

A single Service Plan can include up to 6 appliances. If you have more than 6 appliances, you are welcome to have multiple Service Plans.

You have a 60-day cancellation period, provided you haven’t used our service. To cancel, please call 0800 088 2943. Even if the 60 days have passed, we will ensure your plan does not automatically renew.

We typically aim to have an engineer at your location within 24-48 hours after you've spoken with one of our customer service agents and scheduled an appointment.

If we can't repair your appliance, we can help you replace it at a lower cost than buying from a retailer.

Your repair covers the call-out fee for the engineer and the labour costs. The only expense not included is the cost of parts.

RepairPlus allows you to pay for your repair in easy monthly instalments and includes the option of a Service Plan, giving you continued access to Repair & Assure and our nationwide engineer network.

You can pay the fee in advance using a credit or debit card, or opt for monthly instalments through Direct Debit for the plan's duration. By choosing Direct Debit, you'll benefit from the Direct Debit Guarantee and your plan will automatically renew each year, maintaining uninterrupted coverage.
